Slovakia is leading the way when it comes to health and wellness travel with a huge focus on spa breaks, fitness and adventure and even medical tourism, so when I got the chance to supplement the physical sports and adventure activities Slovakia was offering me with a range of activities focused on mental and physical wellbeing I jumped at the chance! The only problem is no one told me I would be spending a significant portion of it naked!
