The Bemused Backpacker Safety Consultation specialises in advice and information for anyone who is about to embark on their gap year or backpacking trip, with advice and experience gleaned from from ex military personnel, self defence experts and experienced world travellers.
The service is all about empowering travelers to follow their dreams of round the world travel without fear or worry. It is about enabling travellers to recognise the fact that there is risk out there, but they have all the knowledge, tools and resources at their disposal to minimise that risk and keep themselves safe. It is there to ensure that travellers can have their own adventure, make the most of their travels and explore the world in their own way whilst at the same time staying safe.
Now just £20 per half hour block!
The Gap Year Safety Consultation is not here to scare backpackers or add to the myth that the world is a scary and dangerous place to explore. It is here to give travellers the confidence to know they can travel safely and enjoy their backpacking adventures.
Who is it for?
Travellers.
The Gap Year Safety Consultation is for anyone who is travelling abroad for any length of time. This includes students on a gap year or snap year, professionals taking a career break, solo female travellers, solo male travellers or even people travelling for work or volunteering in another country.
Essentially if you are travelling abroad for any length of time for any reason, and you are in any way concerned about your safety, then this course is for you.
Parents and Guardians.
This service isn’t just for travellers themselves, it is also for any parent, carer or guardian who has a loved one about to set off on a gap year or round the world adventure. Taking a gap year or backpacking trip is an exciting time, but I know how hard it can be for those left behind and left worrying whether their son, daughter or loved one is safe. That is perfectly natural and understandable. I can provide you with the reassurance and information you need and you can ensure that they are as prepared as they can be and return home safe.
You can’t keep your loved ones safe when you travel, but with this service you can ensure they know how to keep themselves safe.
That is why this consultation is so essential. If you want to make sure your loved ones are as prepared as they can be before their gap year and are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to keep themselves safe, then this is what this course is designed for and is a sound investment.
If you just want some reassurance yourself, need to know what safety concerns you should pass on to your child or loved one, or need information on how to stay in contact, how to help your children in an emergency or simply need to chat with someone who has been there, then I am here for you too.
*Dual consultations can also be provided at no extra cost.
