Why You Should Travel Slowly.

There is always the temptation on any gap year or backpacking trip to try and fit as much in as humanly possible, but that isn’t always the best thing to do. Here’s why you should slow down, take your time and really soak in the culture, the atmosphere and the experience of the places you are visiting.

And if you like what I am doing here then please feel free to head over to the channel on YouTube and hit those subscribe and thumbs up buttons, and as always you can still come and join in the conversation on social media too!

New videos will be up every Friday! So make sure you come by and let me know what you think!

Well said. I always try and minimise the jumping round when Im travelling, I kind of seeing it as settling down in one place for a week or two to get a good feel for it, then I decide to stay or move on.

Exactly! What is the point of traveling half way around the world to just rush and miss everything!

  3. Rebecca's avatar Rebecca says:

You’ve convinced me! Next trip I am definitely taking longer and slowing down.

100% agree with you! Travelling slow is definitely the way to go
