Accommodation Reviews

This section is here to review some of the highlights and lowlights of just a selection of the places I have stayed in during my travels. From basic budget hostels to luxury heritage hotels and some of the weird, wonderful and unique places in between, this section is here to provide honest and objective reviews of the places you may be staying in on your own travels. If I love a particular place, I will say so. If I hate it, I will have no hesitation in telling you, so you as a reader can be fully assured you are getting the most accurate views possible.

As a backpacker and occasional flashpacker, I love to stay in as wide a range of accommodations as possible, as I believe this is the best way to experience as much as you can on your travels.

This is why this accomodation section is broken up into three parts based primarily on how much they cost, or more accurately how much value for money they are relative to the countries they are in. Price after all is relative. Budget is generally for all the hostels, B&B’s and guesthouses; Midrange for all the boutique hotels and unique accommodations that may cost a bit more but are still affordable; Luxury for the really fancy places when you want to splurge a bit.
