Win A Numinous Anti Theft Backpack!

Numinous Pack review

This competition is now closed. Congratulations to Sophie Alexander from Staffordshire! A brand new pack will be winging its way to you soon. Thank you to everyone who entered!

I know technically we are in a new month now but I couldn’t let the second anniversary month of Bemused Backpacker close with just one competition, so here is your chance to win an awesome 65 litre Numinous anti theft backpack worth almost £200!

The Numinous range of anti theft backpacks are an evolution in design, bringing together the best design elements of different types of backpacks and adding a whole arsenal of seriously beefed up and integrated security features. Available for the security conscious gap year traveller, adventure traveller or backpacker with the aim of reducing the risk of theft on your travels, they have a bunch of impressive security features including:

  • Anti slash Kevlar material.
  • Anti puncture zip technology.
  • Integrated retractable steel cable.
  • Integrated TSA approved luggage locks.

And a load more features besides! Read the full review here.

Whether you are planning your first gap year or are an experienced traveller in need of a new pack, you know you want one of these!

How To Enter.

Entering could not be simpler.

Simply enter your email and subscribe to Bemused Backpacker in the sidebar box to your right and leave a comment in the section below saying what security feature you think would be the most useful and why.

Signing up for email alerts is ESSENTIAL to win as this will be the email I contact you on.

But wait! Want more chances to enter? Once you have signed up to email alerts, follow me on Facebook here or Twitter here and simply add which SM you are following me on in your message.

If you just sign up for email alerts, that’s one chance to win. If you do all three, you have three chances!

That’s it! Simple, right? Up to three chances to enter and a question with no wrong answer. What more could you ask for?

(If you are already signed up or following me, then thank you! And all you have to do is mention that and answer the question.)

The competition will run until midnight on Wednesday 27th May and the lucky winners will be picked out completely at random and notified by Tuesday 2nd June 2015.

My decision is final and I reserve the right to change the competition at any time. No cash alternatives can be offered.

Don’t forget the email sign up box is on the sidebar to the right, and you have to leave a comment AND sign up to be eligible to enter.

following on twitter @kohsamuirosie and fb- hidden zips, I have a back packing daughter, who has been to south east Asia, Australia, she is off to south america in a few weeks time. I can sneak in a couple of treats which she can ‘find’ when she gets a little home sick she wont be back till late September. Oh the joys of whatsapp and free wifi- maybe the way forward would be a pack that could recharge her phone!

Some kind of light or heat activated alarm, that goes off when the bag is opened either by light hitting a normally dark sensor or that the heat from a hand is able to activate. It could have a hidden (sewn into a strap for example) but simple push button on/off type switch with a small neon light next to the zip opening showing red when alarm is on green or no light if its off, it could run off a simply button battery. Similar types of gadgets have already been installed in various promotional cans of Pringles crisps for example or tins of beer that sound off once the tin of carton has been opened, only in this case re-setable.
