Water To Go 15% Discount Code For All Bemused Backpacker Readers.

Water To Go Filtration System Review (3)

The Water To Go bottle and filter is a seriously impressive water bottle that supplies you with fresh, clean and safe drinking water from any source anywhere. Imagine travelling to any country and being able to drink water straight from the tap, or get water straight from a lake, river, stagnant pool or even a puddle in the street without worrying about any of the ill effects from the variety of bacteria, bugs and parasites that can make you ill. The filter in this bottle allows you to do just that and is at home being carried around a cosmopolitan city as it is being dragged through a heavy expedition or trek through jungles and deserts.

No more buying endless bottles of branded water on your travels, saving you money in the long run and saving the environment from all that excessive plastic waste! Win win!

I am seriously impressed with this little piece of kit and am more than happy to advocate it to you my readers. You can read the full review here.

Seems like a good idea to me. And 20% discount? Even better! 🙂

  3. Claudia says:

I suppose this is a must when travelling long term as in the end you save a lot on water and also on plastic 🙂

  4. traciehowe says:

I’ve never used something like this, but have been curious. It’s good to get your honest perspective on it!

  5. Milosz Zak says:

I think this would come in very useful in desert environments. I’ll look into it for my next safari.

    • Provided you know where water sources are located then it is absolutely ideal! I have used a range of different filter bottles in desert expeditions before and this is definitely a good choice. 🙂

  6. This couldnt have come at a better time. I am going back home to Zambia and passing through Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia and not that they dont have great water but I have a boyfriend traveling with me who has decided that vaccines are not as important so this will be an added protection so that I dont have a sick travel partner who will derail our road trip. Definitely going to check this out.

    • Glad to be of help Bianca! I would definitely advise vaccinations anyway, but you are right this bottle will definitely significantly reduce the risk of getting any gastrointestinal problems from drinking the local water. It’s all about reducing the risk to yourself as much as possible. Hope you enjoy the discount!

  7. Dave Cole says:

Thanks, Mike! I’ll be ordering a pair of these as soon as I’m back someplace I can receive mail. Such a great and safe alternative to burning through plastic bottles.

  8. This is post is already bookmarked and I’ll make sure to have one of those on my next long trip (:

  9. Jessica says:

Sounds like a good deal! I normally wouldn’t look at products like this, but your review made me reconsider. It looks like it would be so handy for all kinds of travel!

  10. Sounds like a super all-purpose water bottle. Thanks for passing on the discount!

Great idea! Not only for the travelers but even for people who have to stay outdoors for long hours.

  14. Jaimee says:

Thanks for the code =) I tried ordering a similar product from Clearly Filtered in the US but something went wrong with delivery and I’m in the process of trying to get a refund since I don’t want to deal with them now. So this looks like a good alternative =)

    • Sorry to hear that Jaimee, I hope you get your refund! And you are more than welcome, I’m happy to pass some savings onto you, and rest assured I love my bottle, have used it almost daily since I got it (you can unscrew the filter to use as a normal sports bottle when not in need of the filter too) and I will be taking it into the Amazon with me in a few months!

  15. Niki says:

I go wild canoe/camping and this product has been recommended to me by a fellow canoeist who has already used it (obviously always plenty of river and lake water available on our trips….) – the 20% was a bonus so thanks for that!

    • You are more than welcome Niki, I’m really happy to be able to give something back to my readers! It is an awesome bottle and fantastic for wild camping, I hope you enjoy it on your next trip! 🙂
